To test if your camcorder is compatible with our system, connect your camcorder to a TV. or V.C.R. and try to record a program onto your camcorder. If you can record onto your camcorder from another device such as a TV. or V.C.R. Through the R.C.A. jacks, then your camcorder is compatible.

The following is a list of camcorders that have the needed video inputs to be compatible with the BowCam.  This list has proved to be very accurate, but if you discover a model that we have on our list that does not have video inputs, please let us know so we can remove it.    

Use this list as a helpful guide, but make sure to try the above test to be sure that your camcorder is compatible.
